Also Caitiff/Panders pay x6 times the XP to raise disciplines in the tabletop if I'm not mistaken.

Oh, and more worries about clans and their mechanics from yours truly.

Kiasyd: Their signature power is...confusing...at best. I suppose they would be best if there was some sort of mystery involved.

Harbingers of Skulls: They have just recently returned, not to mention their hold over Mortis/Necromancy. Some players playing as them might be more powerful than a normal...Salubri, for example.

Samedi: Constantly rotting corpses. Not to mention their odor and how they act with Nosferatu.

Baali: Being Minor and obscure at best, more or less the worst case being their interactions with hunters and some Demonic Posession.
Then there's the God Warriors making a fuss over them.

Daughters of Cacophony: Also a small bloodline and also all female.

Salubri: Arguably, the smallest clan turned bloodline. 6-7 Salubri left in the world and their Antitribu outnumber them. Hopefully some good reactions with the Tzimizce though. *Sits next to Nach* Still highly hopeful for playing as a Salubri Healer.

Blood Brothers: Unplayable. Requires more than one being and they share the same mind.

I like to believe, based on the little I know about that... what'sitcalled... spacegame, that it's gonna be a free world for players. Some history, yes, but here's the world, here's the people, you're a vampire, do whatever. Just clans, no Camarilla or Sabbat in the beginning.

From what I've heard death is permanent only if you die because of a blood hunt. You can't just randomly ruin someone's day like that, you need to get a prince to do it for you.

And Sally, I don't think they'll be throwing in bloodlines anytime soon. The whole point of a bloodline is that there aren't too many of them so if they even are available to players, they need to restrict the numbers in one way or another.

Scavenger hunts are basically a clan wide event where elders test our skills by giving us a list items to procure and return before the night is over. Occasionally, when there are Kindred who are highly thought of through the clan, they are also invited to play but doesn't happen often.

Warren defences vary from brood to brood it's whatever they can come up with but essentially they are in place to stop nosey buggers and the Nicktuku; even if that means killing the whole brood off in the process but that is a last resort. The whole Warren is designed to be defence-able and confusing as hell unless you know the layout.

Gardens do exists and are mainly a hobby activity along with music using the natural environment of the warren to make sounds at certain pitches.

Ghouls tend to be animals since the curse transfers through our blood. Of course we can use humans and do but they go a bit odd after a while. Animals become bigger and they also eventually only consume blood; it's advised you keep your animal ghouls well fed.

I read somewhere that Brujah get something called "Call to Arms" which is basically a clan-wide call towards a certain goal.

I cannot verify the validity of it.

Pregame event system? At the least, they could make Salubri Antitribu. And concerning the "Bloodhunt causes permadeath so you need a prince to ruin your day", couldnt help but laugh hard at that.

It was obvious a quarter of the game (half of the modern half ) that he was either terminally dumb and obnoxious or working against you... I regretted there was no option to tear his head of, but Chrissy being a knight and all...

Daytime. Earthmeld. What do you think?

And those who don't have Protean?

MY first question is, is there gonna be daytime, and how's it gonna be handled. We did have a long conversation about it Bloodlines-wise. Or is it gonna be "eternal" night?
And if so, what about Protean, Earthmeld seems half as useful now; what about all the disciplines (dominate)?

I think they said it would be always night.

So, the WoD MMO Coterie consists of me, Dragatus and Nach. Anyone else want to join?
