World of Darkness MMO

I think I'd rather the MMO be a unique experience, with new people. No offense, but I'm already gaming with several of you guys here.

And yes, they say it will be 'permanight'. I've heard rumors of maps with daylight, where Kindred can't go unless they're underground. But they also say that players can only be Kindred at first, so don't hold your breath waiting to play a ghoul, or Hunter, and walk around in daylight. Maybe a few updates/expansions down the line, they will offer other races.

Earthmeld has only limited usefulness in urban setting anyway. Some disciplines might have to be adjusted for the MMO; I'm not assuming it will be exactly like the Pen&Paper game.

Well, if they incorporate bloodlines canon, they gotta chose one of the endings. There is a posibility that Ming Xiao be alive.

If they chose the Anarch ending, it's most likely that Strauss would be dead (or gone) as well. We gotta see with Jeanette/Therese too !

If I had to pick an ending, I'd pick the independant one. In any case both LaCroix and Ming are dead because that's what happens in the majority of the endings.

It would also be considerably nice if you couldn't get the Prince position, if you could get Primogen position or at least own a Nightclub/bloodbank (like Tourette, Velvet and Ash), then there's also the idea again of certain clans that I mentioned earlier, like Tremere reagent positions and Chantries.

There's also the possibility of being an Anarch Baron (which I find a little hypocritical since they oppose people being above them, but then again I dont know that much about the Anarchs)

Personally I think it's awesome that the players can reach such heights and actually run a city.
It adds atmosphere to it.

I don't think they're gonna burden themselves with Kuei jin.

Well, there are three (technically 4) sides in the Jyhad. I havent read any books on the Camarilla, Sabbat or Anarchs so my reasoning may be a bit flawed, but it seems as if every city is controlled by either the Camarilla, with their Princes, the Sabbat with their...pack leaders (? I dont know what a leader of a Sabbat controlled city would be called formally) and the Anarchs with their Barons.

Archbishop or Bishops for Sabbat, Monitors for Inconnu... but that's just showing off.

Wait a minute. If the Inconnu wish to stay out of the Jyhad, and they have their own version of Princes/Archibishops, wouldn't that be hypocritical, as well as Anarchs having Barons?
I suppose one of the things that set Anarchs and Inconnu from Camarilla and Sabbat is their lack of Primogen/Bishops.

Oh, and I found that one source in which said that it would include all original VTM clans.

According to the article, the one person stated it as "simple and vague", phrasing it as "They are the originals". I suppose the question was, "What clans will appear?"

Well, given that it's in modern nights, this most likely means that instead of Cappadocian, the Giovanni will take their place. But who knows, this may also point towards the Harbingers of Skulls appearing.

Yes, and the the original VtM clans were the Camarilla 7 (Brujah, Gangrel, Malkavian, Nosferatu, Toreador, Tremere, and Ventrue). The rest weren't even detailed for use as NPCs until 2nd edition, and weren't widely available as PCs until 3rd edition.
